1. SET
Spray the Uplifting Mist throughout your head, face, and surrounding environment.
2. PREPARE
Sit down while maintaining a straight pathway from the body’s core through the spine and up to the head.
3. INHALATION
Place a small amount of Self-Love Body Oil on your hands. Join them together in a circular friction motion to heat the oil.
- Bring the palm of your hands together towards your nose, and open your palms (in a butterfly shape)
- Breathe in through your nose, close your hands and exhale through your mouth in slow motion. (Repeat 3 times).
- Now inhale deeply through your nose while filling your stomach until you see and feel it expanding.
- Once the stomach feels full, take another breath to fill your rib cage.
- Continue with a third inhalation to fill the lungs.
- Close your hands into prayer form and hold your breath for 5 seconds
- Exhale fully and slowly, starting from the lungs and rib cage and ending with the stomach.
- Repeat for ten breaths. (If you feel lightheaded, stop and slowly build up over time)
