1. NOURISH
- Begin by applying Grateful-Aging Body Oil to your entire body. For best results, use the oil at night to enhance cellular regeneration and rejuvenate your body.
2. SET
- Find a quiet, undisturbed space to lie down in a supine position, using a small pillow to support your neck and knees.
- Close your eyes, relax your forehead, cheeks, and mouth.
- Focus on your breathing, paying attention to your inhales, exhales, and pauses in between. Lengthen each breath naturally, avoiding sleep.
3. FEEL
- Allow yourself to embrace all your memories, thoughts, and emotions as they arise, both positive and negative.
- Let your thoughts flow freely, without restriction.

5. LIBERATE

6. VISUALIZE
- With your mind now stable and clear, visualize an image that brings you peace and joy.
- Focus on the image, exploring it deeply.
- Continue to breathe slowly and deeply into deep relaxation.
- Remain in this state for at least 15 minutes, or as long as desired.
7. DREAM
- Take a moment to experience gratitude for your experience and wish yourself peace.
8. SLEEP
- With a peaceful and relaxed state of mind, drift into a restful sleep.
