1. NOURISH (Flow-Booster Body Oil)
Apply a thin, even layer of your Flow-Booster Body Oil on the target area.

Apply very slight pressure with open hands in upwards movements with the direction of the lymph nodes.
Legs
Long alternating hand movements going from the ankles to the top of the legs. End with your fingers placed flat on the inguinal lymph nodes in the inner thigh and perform five small circles x 3 on each side.
Abdomen
With your fingers flat on your stomach, perform five oval circles (clockwise) starting on the top center of your abdomen until you do a full turn around the abdomen.
Neck
The neck is an essential part of the lymphatic drainage of the entire body. You could apply this technique at any time of the day and as you remember.
- Place your fingers on your chin and drag them towards your ears. Repeat this movement five times x 3.
- With your fingers flat, perform small circular hand movements towards the little finger side on the sides of your neck just under the ears. 5 circular movements x 3.
